Privacy Notice

We are committed to handling your personal information fairly, lawfully and securely under the data-protection laws that apply to our service.

Last updated 18 September 2026

In short

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, coordinate an assessment and, if you decide to proceed, help arrange your treatment and related services. Your information is processed in Türkiye. We do not sell your personal information. Health information is used only for the purposes explained below and is shared only where necessary.

1. Who is responsible for your information

DentHopeBridge is owned and operated by AŞAR SAĞLIK TURİZMİ EĞİTİM TERCÜMANLIK ÇAĞRI MERKEZİ DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“DentHopeBridge”, “we”, “us”). DentHopeBridge is the controller of the information it uses for its own coordination service. A treating clinic or hospital is normally responsible for the clinical records and care it provides.

You can contact us about privacy at info@denthopebridge.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Identity and contact information: your name, email address, telephone number, country or dialling code and preferred way to be contacted.
  • Enquiry and health information: what treatment you are considering, the concern you describe and any dental or medical history, X-rays, scans or other records you choose to provide.
  • Photographs: photographs of your teeth or mouth that you choose to send later through WhatsApp. We ask for your consent again at the point we request them, rather than in advance on the form. The website does not accept image uploads, and these photographs are not copied into our website form records, business systems, CRM or email.
  • Communications: website and advertising-platform enquiries, WhatsApp messages, emails, telephone-call details and our correspondence with you.
  • Coordination and travel information: if you proceed, appointment and travel dates, accommodation and transfer details needed to coordinate the services you request.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, security logs and cookie or preference information generated when you use the website.

Please do not send identity documents, payment-card details or unrelated medical records unless your coordinator has explained why they are needed and agreed a suitable way to send them. The website does not take payments or collect payment-card details.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you use our website form or an advertising platform’s enquiry form, or when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone. If you proceed, we may also receive relevant information from the clinic or hospital involved in your assessment or treatment. Technical information is generated by our website, hosting, security and cookie-preference systems.

4. Why we use information and our legal bases

  • To reply and coordinate an assessment: to take steps you request before a possible coordination agreement and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interest in answering and managing genuine enquiries.
  • To use dental or medical information: with your explicit consent where consent is the applicable condition for processing health information. You may withdraw consent at any time, although we may then be unable to continue the assessment or coordination that requires that information.
  • To share a case for clinical assessment: to carry out the coordination you request and, for health information, with your explicit consent where required.
  • To coordinate agreed treatment, accommodation or transfers: where necessary to take steps at your request or perform an agreement with you.
  • To keep the service and website secure: for our legitimate interests in preventing misuse, maintaining records and protecting our systems and legal rights.
  • To meet legal and regulatory duties: where processing, record keeping or disclosure is required by law, including applicable Turkish health-tourism rules.
  • To use non-essential analytics or marketing technology: only after the cookie or marketing consent required by applicable law.

The legal basis can differ by activity and by the law that applies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We do not add an enquirer to a marketing list merely because they asked about treatment.

5. Health information

Information about your dental or medical health is sensitive personal information and receives additional protection. We use it only to understand your enquiry, obtain an assessment or proposed treatment plan from the responsible clinical team, coordinate the services you request and meet relevant legal duties. DentHopeBridge does not make the clinical assessment or provide treatment.

So that the treating dentist can assess your case safely, we will ask you to tell us about any medical conditions you have, any medicines you are taking and any allergies. Please give us complete and accurate information, and tell your coordinator if anything changes before your treatment.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose only the information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose to:

  • the partner clinic or hospital selected to assess or treat your case, provided it holds the required international health-tourism authorisation, and the dentists and clinical staff responsible for your assessment or treatment;
  • providers supporting our website, hosting, security, business records or CRM, email and communications, including WhatsApp/Meta, under appropriate contractual and security arrangements where required;
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, if you accept marketing cookies: the Meta Pixel sends Meta the pages you view on this site, your IP address, browser and device details and cookie identifiers, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show it to relevant audiences. We and Meta are jointly responsible for collecting and sending this information; Meta is responsible for what it does with it afterwards, under its own privacy policy. We do not send Meta your enquiry, contact details or health information;
  • authorised accommodation, travel or transfer providers, but only if you ask us to coordinate those services and only with the details they need;
  • our professional advisers, insurers, auditors or prospective legal representatives where this is necessary and lawful; and
  • public authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

7. Turkish Ministry of Health and HealthTürkiye records

Turkish international health-tourism rules require authorised healthcare facilities and intermediary organisations to keep specified information accurate on the HealthTürkiye Portal and to provide information or documents requested by the T.C. Ministry of Health. Treating healthcare facilities must also record and transfer required personal health data to the Ministry’s central health-data system in accordance with Turkish law. Where those duties apply, relevant information may therefore be processed by or disclosed to the T.C. Ministry of Health, the HealthTürkiye Portal, USHAŞ and other competent Turkish health authorities.

This does not mean that every enquiry, message or WhatsApp photograph is automatically sent to a public authority. DentHopeBridge and the treating facility disclose the information required for the applicable legal or regulatory purpose.

8. Processing in Türkiye and international transfers

DentHopeBridge is operated from Türkiye. Information sent from the United Kingdom, European Economic Area or another country is received and processed in Türkiye by authorised personnel. The partner clinics and hospitals assessing or treating a case are also in Türkiye.

Some technology providers may process or make information accessible in other countries, depending on the provider and the configuration selected. Where an international-transfer rule applies, we use a legally recognised transfer mechanism and any required contractual, organisational and technical safeguards. You may contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to your information.

If you accept marketing cookies, Meta may transfer the Meta Pixel information to the United States and other countries under the transfer mechanisms described in its own privacy policy.

9. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed to answer and follow up an enquiry, coordinate an active case, meet applicable health-tourism, tax, accounting or legal duties, support aftercare and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We take account of whether you proceeded with treatment, the sensitivity of the information and any continuing legal or clinical need. Information is then securely deleted or anonymised. Consent records may be kept for as long as needed to show how and when consent was given or withdrawn.

10. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to be informed, obtain a copy of your information, correct it, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, receive portable information and withdraw consent. These rights can be subject to legal limits, including duties to retain particular records.

Send a request to info@denthopebridge.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where UK data-protection law applies, or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority under Turkish law.

11. Cookies

We use necessary browser storage for security and to remember your privacy choice. Any non-essential analytics, preference or marketing technology is disabled until you make the required choice. Details and controls are in our Cookie Notice.

12. Security and service providers

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorised access, loss, alteration or misuse. These include controlled access, supplier checks, secure configuration, retention controls and incident procedures. No internet or messaging service is completely secure, so please send only information relevant to your enquiry and follow the secure route your coordinator gives you.

13. Children

DentHopeBridge’s service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect an enquiry directly from a child. If an enquiry concerns a person under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact us and remain involved. The treating facility decides whether it can lawfully and appropriately assess or treat the young person.

14. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about your eligibility or treatment solely by automated means. A dentist at the responsible clinic or hospital assesses clinical information.

15. Changes and contact

We may update this notice when our service, suppliers or legal duties change. The current version and update date will remain on this page.

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@denthopebridge.com.
